Mark has extensive commercial and sales management experience having successfully led NZ’s leading rural sales team at Bayleys for the past 14 years. Consistently selling in excess of $300 million worth of rural properties in the Waikato on an annual basis the team has a dominant market share of over 40% in New Zealand.
Mark’s portfolio includes top performing residential, lifestyle and commercial teams and offices across the Waikato. He is passionate about the development of the people in these teams and this is validated by the numerous awards for team members including top sales people, rookie and salesperson of the year, marketing awards and auction trophies.
With a strong record of client negotiation and working with sales teams, Mark has established a well-earned reputation of ensuring maximum value on every property sale. Working with professional organisations including major lending institutions, valuers, lawyers, accountants and rural farm advisors is a key priority for Mark and adds another dimension to Bayleys marketing efforts.
Mark and his colleagues are well represented in their local territories with a high level of community involvement including sponsorships of sports teams and community events.
Mark lives on a rural property near Cambridge with his wife Emily and their three sons Lachy, Murdoch and Hunter.
